Krishna Consciousness @ City

Welcome to City KCSoc!

The Krishna Consciousness Society is an award-winning society which runs in over 30 universities across the globe. We bring students together for something we like to call THINK OUT LOUD sessions – it’s a space where you can make like-minded friends as you discuss life’s biggest questions, hear from special guest speakers on practical ancient philosophy and experiment with yoga and meditation.

Do you often find yourself lost deep in thought, wondering why the world is the way it is? Why do good things happen to bad people? Why is my life so stressful and how am I supposed to fulfil my potential when I’m not even fully sure who I am?

KCSoc’s weekly events help you probe deeper into those most important questions, questions we’re all thinking about but not speaking about as much as we’d probably like to. We’re here to help you find yourself, your REAL self, so you can live the most fulfilling and purposeful life you’ve never dreamed of. And of course, all of our events are incomplete without our famous FREE meals.

And it doesn’t stop at university. We connect you to a whole network of friends who can help you become the best version of yourself. Literally! We host a number of retreats to some really sweet places throughout the year so we can give you an immersive spiritual experience. It’s a real life-changer for everyone who takes part. In the past few years, we’ve been lucky enough to go to Sweden, Spain, USA and how can we forget out termly days away to Bhaktivedanta Manor in Hertfordshire?

What are you waiting for? Give it a go and you’ll wish you started sooner!

KCSoc sessions are every Thursday in Room C304 from 7-9pm – please let us know you’re coming and we’ll save you FREE plate of food!
